This is an incredible pink satin vintage hat that is gathered around the structured hat form, with a pleated flounce off the top! It is from the 1960's and has a little bow on the back.
Nicholas Ungar was an exclusive high end boutique in Portland, Oregon that mainly sold furs but also had a beautiful selection designer clothing. They often replaced the designer label with their own, as was customary for many boutiques of the time.
This hat was one of a few we acquired from the same estate and it is reminiscent of Dior's hats from the same time period.
